PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit Card (Iyzico)
You can make all your payments by credit card, optionally in 12-month installments. We use the secure Iyzico infrastructure as our virtual POS service for credit card payments. Your information is never stored in our systems, and your payments are processed through secure banking infrastructures.
- Money Order/EFT Payment
You can pay for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order by selecting the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option, simply transfer the total amount to the IBAN provided to you.
- Payment at the Door
Since our products are manufactured and prepared to order, we offer payment at the door option. is not active .
- Paypal Payment (International Payments Welcome)
You can pay via Paypal on your international orders.
- Free Shipping
Domestic orders of 350 TL and above placed through Boltleather.net are shipped free of charge with MNG Cargo under agreement.
- Delivery Time
Your orders will be prepared and shipped from Düzce within an average of 2-3 business days (4-6 business days for some products). A tracking number will then be emailed to you. Depending on the distance of your delivery address, the courier company will deliver your order within two business days at the latest.
What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?
A tracking number will be sent to you after your product is delivered to the cargo company. If you are not at the specified address or cannot be reached, your order will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch and a notification will be left for you. Within 3 business days. You must pick up your package from the designated branch. This process is entirely under the control of the shipping company. If you fail to collect your package, your order will be returned to BoltLeather. A shipping fee will be charged for reshipping your returned order, or your order will be reshipped to you with a cash on delivery payment.
