Scope of General Law

  • It is mandatory to process data for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms as regulated in Article 5/2 (f),
  • For your special personal data; You have express consent according to Article 6/2 of the Law.

Why and What Do We Use Your Personal Data? Purposes of Processing Personal Data*

  • Your name, surname, TR ID number and contact information in order to fulfill the requirements of the sales contract established between you and us, to provide you with better service and to create invoices,
  • To record your identity, address and other necessary information in order to identify your information in your transactions,
  • To convey important information that we need to share with you through your contact information,
  • To be able to withdraw your credit card information for the amount of debt you have incurred against us in return for the product you have purchased,
  • If you have your permission, to use it in the provision of our products and services that are within the scope of the legislation and outside the purpose of being our customer, to plan and implement special product, service, offer activities for you, to provide products and services, to inform you about opportunities and campaigns,
  • Order, shopping history and camera recording information in order to carry out goods/service sales processes and contract processes,
  • To fulfill our administrative and legal obligations and the agreements we have signed with you,
  • We share your IP address in a way that will not harm you and only to protect you from fraud.

  • If you think your information has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you may request correction.
  • You may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  • You may request that the third parties to whom your information is transferred be notified of your requests specified in clauses (c) and (d) and carry out the same transactions,
  • You may object to a result being unfavorable to you due to your information being analyzed by automated systems, or you may request compensation if you believe that it has been recorded or used unlawfully and you have suffered damage as a result.

If your application for these purposes requires an additional cost, you may be required to pay the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests in your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In order to benefit from your rights under the law, you must submit your applications to us in writing or by using your registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified us and is in our records. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, additional verifications may be requested to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus to protect your rights.
