GUARANTEE
Our products are made using completely natural ingredients. It is produced by hand in our workshop . There may be slight differences due to the nature of the material or the taste of the craftsman's hand, because handcrafted products are always unique. Since the products are not manufactured, they may differ slightly from the images on the site.
Our products are durable for many years of use and are covered by our warranty. We check our products again before packaging them. However, if you detect an error/deformation caused by production/delivery, contact go ahead.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Within the scope of the "one-week liking guarantee", the customer can purchase the product within 7 days from the delivery date. may return the product.
- If the reason for this return is an error caused by the product, BoltLeather will provide a replacement with a new product or a refund without charging any fee.
- If the reason for return is dislike/cancellation Shipping and return fees belong to the customer. Product
- While a refund is given upon receipt by BoltLeather . Shipping costs (15TL per shipment) will be deducted.
- There is no refund for the sealing service on gift-sealed packaging.
- The product and its packaging you want to return must be undamaged and unused, and must be sent completely with its original box.
Important note: It is not possible to return products that have been prepared by special order and personalized with text/figures on them.
